Michael Dreyfus

Michael Dreyfus has had over 30 years of repeated success in residential real estate, selling over two billion dollars of residential real estate. His team, The Dreyfus Group is the top producing team for Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty and has annually appeared on the Wall Street Journal/Real Trend’s list of America’s Top 250 Agents as well as the Bay Area top 20 list.
His recent sales have been often and varied, including some of the highest sales recorded in Palo Alto, Woodside, Portola Valley, Los Altos Hills, and Atherton. In addition, he has represented sellers and buyers in high-end transactions throughout California, most recently representing ranches and vineyards in Northern California and an estate in Montecito.
As well as its top producer, Michael is one of the founders of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty with 465 agents in 23 offices across the San Francisco Bay Area. He is an industry thought leader and has been interviewed on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, ABC News and Fortune/CNN/Money regarding market trends and events. He is a regular speaker on agent panels for Sotheby’s International Realty offices and luxury real estate groups.
Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Attorney-at-law. He is a member of the National and California Association of Realtors. He was among the first agents certified by Sotheby’s International Realty as a China Global Advisor.
He is active in the community and is a long-time financial supporter of local schools and charities.
Noelle Queen
Sales Associate
Noelle Queen is a licensed real estate agent who has teamed with Michael Dreyfus on over a billion dollars in sales over the last twelve years. Her partnership with Michael takes her into all aspects of the team’s business including business origination, listing preparation, marketing, negotiations, client communications and escrow coordination.
Noelle has an intimate knowledge of the Peninsula real estate market having orchestrated the sale and purchase of homes in Palo Alto, Atherton, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Woodside, and Portola Valley across price points from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000.
She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and willingness to tackle any challenge. Noelle has a passion for architecture and interior design and uses her keen design sense to come up with creative solutions when working on a listing or evaluating a potential purchase for a buyer.
Honest and transparent, she loves forming lasting relationships with clients as she navigates them through each step of a real estate transaction. Noelle has been an active community volunteer for over twenty-five years. She and her husband raised their three children in Palo Alto and thoroughly enjoy being a part of this vibrant community.
Kristin Galvin
Sales Associate
Kristin Galvin, a licensed real estate agent, collaborates with Michael Dreyfus and Noelle Queen to guide clients through the local real estate market. Kristin excels at forming personal connections with her clients, allowing her to grasp their unique needs and provide a customized, comprehensive experience that simplifies the buying or selling process.
As a real estate professional, Kristin lends a personal perspective on the Peninsula communities we serve. Her intimate knowledge of local neighborhoods, public and private schools, activities for children and adults comes from growing up in and raising her children in the area.
Prior to joining The Dreyfus Group, Kristin enjoyed a career in marketing and advertising, working in both San Francisco and New York. She has 25 years of community leadership experience with local schools, sports organizations, and community service groups. Her passion for real estate extends from personal residential and investment property transactions in various California communities.
Kristin and her husband have lived in the Ladera neighborhood of Portola Valley for more than 20 years. Their three sons are graduates of Las Lomitas Schools and Sacred Heart Prep –they are all grown up now, but fortunately, they drop by often for dinner and free laundry.
Marlena Aranda
Chief Marketing Officer
Marlena ensures that all listings maintain the high-quality presentation The Dreyfus Group is known for, overseeing photography, videography, and creation of amenities lists, floor plans, custom websites, and sales collateral. She works closely with sellers to highlight the unique attributes of their homes, crafting compelling narratives that help Dreyfus Group listings stand out in a competitive market.
As the director of the team’s print and online advertising initiatives, Marlena develops and implements customized marketing plans for each property. She manages proprietary mail and email contact lists to target potential buyers effectively. Additionally, she oversees lead generation campaigns, pitch decks, social media strategy, and the development of resource materials for buyers and sellers.
Sandie Timm
Director of Client Relations
Sandie Timm is the Dreyfus Group’s Director of Client Relations. In her more than 10 years with The Dreyfus Group, Sandie has worn many hats - from directing marketing and advertising efforts to managing the team’s operations and finances. These roles have provided her with exceptional experience and understanding of the needs of our clients at all stages of their real estate transaction.
In her current role, Sandie focuses on ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after a home sale or purchase. She nurtures relationships with vendors, local agents, and members of the community to provide the best possible service to our clients.
